It freezes and refreshes very well, and is still useable for sandwiches after being frozen. Our mixes are 100% natural, high fibre, low sodium, very versatile and downright good for you.
The bread is very easy to bake, and because you bake it yourself it could never be fresher. We provide detailed recipes to help you, and although you could use a bread maker we think it tastes better when oven baked. Remember you can freeze any thats left and it's still useable as bread even after defrosting!

I recently attended a food show at the ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane, Auckland and discovered your bread mix. I purchased the pack containing the bread pan and two packs of the mix and made the bread when I got home. "Wonderful"..... just great to find a gluten free bread recipe that tastes so good !!!!.
