Goodness Me Gluten Free is 100% New Zealand owned and operated family business based in Tauranga, Goodness Me Gluten Free is making a variety of gluten free bread mixes available exclusively to the New Zealand population.

Goodness Me was formed in 2008. The bread mixes on offer are a result of many years of development beginning with the diagnosis of my husband as a coeliac (gluten intolerant) nearly 10 years ago. While I could adapt many other recipes of the busy family kitchen to make tasty gluten free meals, edible and spreadable bread didn't seem to be possible. While the commercially available breads and mixes produced a loaf that was either like a brick or a sponge, he continued to yearn for bread like those he used to be able to eat.

So over time my persistence has paid off, and as other coeliac friends have enjoyed these breads too, we have been encouraged to share our delicious gluten free breads with all of you, and so Goodness Me Gluten Free bread mixes became a reality. So now we have prepared our range of bread mixes to allow you to make your own bread at home with little effort, and we trust as much enjoyment in the eating.
