This extra healthy loaf includes Sunflower, Pumpkin, Flax and Poppy seeds which give this gluten free loaf added vitality.

Lovely as an everyday bread, but especially good toasted which enhances the seed flavours.

A family favourite this loaf is just a little different.  The poppy seeds give the bread a lovely  texture and are extra tasty when toasted. You can also add orange to this loaf which give it a lovely  subtle citrus flavour.

What could be better than Waffles for an easy weekend breakfast. Fun for the whole family, waffles are a great alternative to bread. One mix will make approx. 20 waffles (4 cups of mix) but it can easily be made in smaller quantities. These waffles will freeze and reheat well.

One mix will make approx 28 crêpes(4 cups of mix), but it can easily be made 1 cup (7 crêpes) at a time. Perfect for a weekend brunch or sumptuous dessert.
